Professional Structural Dynamics Team Conducts On-Site Testing: DARACK Jinzun Rack Completes Validation Test for Its Fourth Modal Technology Upgrade

Recently, the Whole-Machine Structural Systems and Dynamics Research Team from Beihang University visited the Aiska Production Base again to conduct on-site validation and modal qualification testing of the DARACK Jinzun Rack following its fourth technical upgrade.

Through modal testing using the impulse hammer method, the modal parameters of all DARACK Jinzun rack models were obtained, specifically including:

1.Natural frequency — in plain terms, the frequency points at which the structure is prone to resonance.

2.Damping ratio — in plain terms, a measure of how quickly structural vibration decays.

3.Mode shape — in plain terms, the deformation pattern of the structure at a specific frequency (i.e., the relative amplitude and phase relationships of vibration at each point).

For this on-site test, the team brought in a complete set of professional vibration testing equipment, including 45 high-precision accelerometers, a full-function data acquisition system, and a standard modal testing force hammer from the China Orient Institute of Noise & Vibration (COINV). Multi-point, multi-condition structural dynamics testing was then conducted on the upgraded DARACK Jinzun rack.

This round of testing serves both as a verification of the third technical upgrade and as the starting point for calibrating the fourth technical upgrade, enabling the DARACK Jinzun rack to make continuous progress at the technical level and move ever closer to perfection, establishing itself as a rack from a renowned technical school in the global HiFi field.

Unlike the subjective listening evaluations commonly used in the HiFi industry, this scientific testing adopts an objective structural dynamics experimental approach to collect key data across the full domain—including the rack's natural frequencies, damping characteristics, and vibration transmission responses—thereby completing the final qualification of the rack's vibration model.
