Ultimate suspension performance tone board
Adopting a multi-stage composite damping structure to achieve 30Hz ultra-low frequency vibration isolation (industry standard is generally 50Hz), deviating the natural frequency from the common mechanical vibration frequency band (20-200Hz)
Modal analysis was conducted using Ansys 2025R1 to accurately locate the resonance point (± 0.5Hz error). The gradient material embedding technology of brass (elastic modulus of 120GPa) and carbon steel (elastic modulus of 210GPa) was used to control the natural vibration frequency of the structure below 30Hz
Mechanical structure strengthening
The whole machine is made of 6061-T6 aviation grade aluminum magnesium alloy (elastic modulus of 70GPa), processed by five axis CNC machining (positioning accuracy ± 0.01mm), and equipped with anti loosening screws on each load-bearing platform. Combined with a four point gravity compensation system, the static load capacity reaches 150kg/layer
Cross cultural industrial design
The support structure of the Pisces fins is optimized through fluid dynamics simulation, with a circular disc shape that conforms to the golden ratio, and is developed and designed in accordance with the philosophical concept of "Heaven is round and earth is square" in "Kao Gong Ji".
